Pay attention to protect the isolation diaphragm at the front end of the pressure sensor, so as not to bump the performance of the pressure sensor or cause damage to the sensor.1.The shell core cavity should be designed with a tapered angle as shown in the figure, which is easy to assemble the core body and can prevent the right angle from scratching the sealing ring; lubricating oil can be applied to the sealing ring or the assembly port to facilitate assembly. 2.When assembling, pay attention to the tolerance ofthe core body size and the inner shell of the transmitter shell. It is recommended that the cavity be processed according to +0.02~ +0.05 of the core body diameter to achieve the required air tightness.3. When assembling, it should be placed vertically and pressed down evenly to prevent jamming or crushing the compensation sheet.4. The measured medium should be compatible with the Material of the core diaphragm shell (316L), otherwise special instructions should be given when ordering.! Do not press the metal diaphragm with hands or hard objects to avoid damage to the core due to chip deformation or perforation. ! The snorkel should be kept open to the atmosphere. ! Do not allow water, water vapor or corrosive media to enter the reference cavity at the rear of the core. !
