Silicon Carbide Based Honeycomb Ceramic Diesel Particulate Filter for Diesel Engine

Product DescriptionCordierite Diesel particulate filter substrateDiesel Particulate Filter (hereinafter called DPF) is designed to remove black smoke (soot, hereinafter called PM) form diesel engine exhaust, making great contribution to clean the exhaust gas from diesel cars while attracting much attention from worldwide car manufacturers. The most effective type is the so called wall-flow filter. Particulate matter is removed from the exhaust by physical filtration using a honeycomb structure similar to an emissions catalyst substrate but with the channels blocked at alternate ends. Our cordierite Diesel particulate filter substrate is made from modified cordierite ( 2MgO-Al2O3-5SiO2 )material. Current our full series has both 100 and 200 CPSI option and size is from 1.0 liters to 44 liters.   Product Features Feature: · Low thermal expansion   · High filter specific surface area   · Low pressure drop   · Long-term durability performance   · High soot removal: >95%   · Excellent thermal shock resistance. DPF InstallationA DPF is installed between an engine and a muffler to remove suspended particulate matter (SPM) from diesel engine exhaust gas. The working principle of the particulate trap: By alternately blocking both ends of the pores of the honeycomb porous ceramic, the ceramic wall is used to filter and remove PM.Product Size Hole density Shape Dimension (mm) Volume (Liter) 100 CPSI-200CPSI Round φ93×153 1.0394     φ127×152.4 1.9308     φ144×150 2.4432     φ144×152.4 2.4823     φ150×150 2.6511     φ144×254 4.1372     φ190×200 5.6713     φ190×203 5.7556     φ228×305 12.4542     φ240×100 4.5245     φ240×240 10.8588     φ240×305 13.7997     φ260×305 16.1954     φ267×305 17.0792     Φ286×267 17.1550     φ286×305 19.5965     φ286×355 22.8098     φ286×381 24.4763     Φ305×305 22.287     Φ305×381 27.840     Φ381×381 43.438   Oval 188×103×145 2.2055     207×101×200 3.282   Racetrack 374×270×317 27.0537     /* January 22, 2024 19:08:37 */!function(){function s(e,r){var a,o={};try{e&&e.split(",").forEach(function(e,t){e&&(a=e.match(/(.*?):(.*)$/))&&1
