Welding Glass for Welding Helmet

Welding filter lens technical data:NOTICE FOR USAGE:The welding filter complies to the standards EN 166/EN 169 and ANSI Z87.1-2003 . It should be kept in its original packing until fitted into the equipment (spectacles , screen ,helmet ). Existing also in the range protections:(- Clear glasses- Poly Carbonate cover plates- CR39 cover plates)Application: It is a mineral glass, tinted in mass, designed to assure protectionfor the eyes against harmful rays emitted during welding and oxygen-cutting. Itdoes not offer protection against impact, flying particles, molten metal and orcorrosive liquidsMaintenance: Broken scratched or pitted oculars lose defectiveness and optical quality. They should be replaced immediatelyCleaning and disinfection: The shaded glass used to manufacture the range iscompatible with cleaning and disinfecting agents commonly used for the faceand eyes.Performance: It filters when assembled in the required way satisfy all criteria for welding glasses as defined in the EN 166 standards and in particular. astigmatic, prismatic, and spherical optical strengths/transmissionfactors /diffusion/surface quality characteristics/sufficient strength. Theseperformances are monitored carefully and control system and the testequipment are verified at regular intervals by an external laboratory(PTB).Shade number : Before fitting the filter into the equipment, please ensure that itcorresponds correctly with the intended application.Shelf life: The properties of the range do not deteriorate even after a long timein stock, as long as they are maintained in their original packaging.Transport: The original packaging is recommended.Dimensions: The filter lens shall be of such dimensions as to fit suitably into the frame and to cover the window, to prevent leakage of radiations. The filter lens shall be no less than 2mm nor more than 3.8mm tolerance of dimension of ± 0.1mm and ±0.8mm wide and lengthOptical Qualities- cover lens, filter lens, safety plate, both surfaces, waves or other defects that would impair their optical quality lens surfaces shall be flat and substantially parallel, prismatic effects shall not exceed 1/8 prism diopter (approximately 4.3 minutes of angular deviation)WARNING:Use filter lens as eye protection against injurious rays from welding or cutting and light impact, such as weld sparks and spatter. Filter lens only meet basic impact requirements, and should not be relied upon for protection from high impact exposure. Filter lens do not provide unlimited protection and are not substitutes for machine guards or other engineered controls.inspect prior to each use. Filter lens that are distorted, broken, or excessively scratched or pitted are not suitable for use and should be immediately replaced.
