Production ProcessThe production process of Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is including:cut the aluminum coil into different sizes---paste protective film---flat pressing---polishing---carving/cutting the corners/bending if necessary---composite with honeycomb core---trimming if necessary---packageProduction Details: There is two composite process for aluminum honeycomb panel, including hot press and cold press.Package Details:Hongzan will use standard export packages--wooden crate which will largely protect the products well during land/sea/air/train transportation.
