Laminated GlassWhat's laminated glass?  Laminated glass is consisting of at least two single panes of glass which are joined together by a strong, tear-resistant polyvinyl butyral film (PVB). In the event of breaking, the interlayer keeps the layers of the glass bonded together reducing the risk of injury or harm. Laminated glass is normally used when there is a possibility of human impact or where the glass could fall and shatter.Due to the interlayer, laminated glass remains in one piece when broken. This important quality determines laminated glass as a Grade A Safety Glass. Upon impact, the glass may break, however, will remain as one piece inside the frame. Laminated glass significantly reduces the risk of injury, as well as continuing to act as a barrier to the elements and provide security to your home or office.specifications  Glass ColorsA) Blue: Sky Blue, Lake Blue, Ford Blue, Dark Blue, Royal Blue;B) Bronze: Dark Bronze, Euro Bronze;C) Clear;D) Green: Dark Green, French Green;E) Grey: Dark Grey, Euro Grey, Mist Grey, Century Grey;F) Pink etc.Glass ThicknessA) Total thickness: 6.38-17.52mmB) Glass thickness details:3+0.38PVB+3mm; 4+0.38PVB+3mm; 5+0.38PVB+5mm; 6+0.38PVB+6mm;3+0.76PVB+4mm; 4+0.76PVB+4mm; 5+0.76PVB+5mm; 6+0.76PVB+6mm etc.PVB ColorsA) Milky WhiteB) French GreenC) Light BlueD) BronzeE) Light GreyF) Dark GreyG) Ocean Blue etc.PVB Thickness0.38mm, 0.76mm, 1.14mm, 1.52mm etc.SizeCustom sizeLaminated Glass Performance Levels according to Thickness  Glass CharacteristicThickness (mm)UV Transmittance (%)LT (%)3+0.38+3mm Clear6.38mm5896+0.38+6mm Clear12.38mm3866+0.38+6mm Reflective12.38mm0.522Depending on the design needs, Jinjing offers laminated glass made with sheets of annealed, tempered, heat strengthened and coated glass which exhibits important structural performance and safety features along with other benefits. such as Safety / Security / Sound control/ Solar control, etc.  Laminated Glass BenefitsA) Holds together when shattered.
