It has been specifcially designed to provide high modulus tensile strength while creating a moisture barrier to retard the effects of reflective cracking.ECL paving mat is a hybrid fiberglass and polyester paving mat, that when impregnated in asphalt concrete, forms a water barrier to limit water intrusion in the pavement and road base.Paving mat with unique, nonwoven, randomly dispersed fiberglass construction process, gives the pavement multi-directional tensile reinforcement.
