Then. this part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires as the supporting part are completed with a PE sheath to be a figure-8 structure.   Product DescriptionGYTC8S/GYTC8A:The structure of the standard 8-shaped self-supporting layer twisted optical cable is to sleeve single mode or multimode optical fibers into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic, and the tube is filled with a water blocking compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core. For certain numbers of optical cables, a layer of polyethylene needs to be extruded outside the metal reinforced core, and loose sleeves (and filling ropes) are twisted around the center reinforced core to form a compact and circular cable core. The gaps inside the cable core are filled with waterproof fillers. The cable core is longitudinally wrapped with steel plastic composite tape and placed parallel to the steel strand, while squeezing an 8-shaped sheath to form the cable.In the GYTC8S/GYTC8A cable, single-mode/multimode fibers are positioned in the loose tubes, while the loose tubes strand together around metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core, and the water-blocking materials are distributed into interstices of it.
