 Electric Induction Heating Equipment CapacitorFeatureRFM-S electrothermal capacitor is mainly used in medium frequency induction heating electrical system to improve power factor or loop characteristics. The thermoelectric capacitor is mainly composed of a core and a case, which are filled with high quality impregnating agent. The core is welded with cooling water pipe for cooling the power supply vessel. Performance of the product conforms to GB/T3984.1-2004/IEC60110-1:1998 "Power Capacitors for Induction Heating Devices".The product is made of coarsening polypropylene film and impregnated in high performance liquid as composite medium, high pure aluminum foil as (electric) plate, and the shell is rectangular aluminum alloy oil tank, often equipped with water cooling tube. It is mainly used in controlled or adjustable AC voltage systems with rated voltage not more than 3.6kV, frequency 50kHz and below. It is used to improve induction heating, melting, stirring or casting, and power factor in similar applications.Product using conditions1. the altitude of the installation and operation area is not more than 1000 meters.2. Installation site without violent mechanical vibration, harmful gases and steam and conductive or explosive dust.3. The water flow rate of cooling water should not exceed +30 C. The water flow of capacitor under 1000kvar is not less than 4L/min, and the water flow rate of the capacitor of 1000kvar and above is not less than 6 L/min.4.
