Product Description1250kVA Fully sealed Distribution Transformer With cable box Introduction    The performance of our S9 S10 S11 S13 S14 series 33kV three-phase oil-immersed transformer conform to the standard of GB 1094-1996 "Power Transformer " and GB/T6451-2008 "Technical Parameter and requirements of Three-phase Oil-immersed Power Transformer". The iron core is made of quality cold -rolled silicon steel sheet , and the coil is made of quality oxygen-free copper, featuring good outlook and safe running . The products are widely used in power transmission and distribution of industrial and agricultural power networks. Main function and features     High reliability, advanced level of performances, reasonable economical indicators.     The core joints are of stepped shape with this steps , and the surface of the core is coated with cured     paint to lower losses and noises.     The winding has novel structure and its oil passage is reasonable designed composition. Its newly designed insulation structure helps enhance its mechanical strength and this short-circuit withstanding ability .      It adopts radiator oil tank of corrugated sheet type or expansion type. As it doesn't need oil conservator, the height of transformer is reduced , and as the transformer oil doesn't contact with air , the oil ageing is retarded, thus prolonging the service life of transformer. A - Routine tests: According to IEC 60076 standard , the following tests must be carried out for all units of the transformers a- Measurement of winding resistance . b- Measurement of voltage ratio and check of phase displacement. c- Measurement of short circuit impedance and load losses. d-Measurement of no-load losses and current . e-Dielectric routine tests including the separate source AC voltage withstanding test and short duration induced over voltage withstanding test ( ACSD ) . B - Type tests : The following tests shall be carried out a- Temperature rise test b- Lightning impulse test C - Special tests : a- Determination of noise level according to IEC 60551 . b- Oil leakage test c- Overload test at 150 % rated current for one hour after temperature rise test ( top oil temperature rise and winding temperature rise must be measured and recorded in the report test also hot spot temperature rise must be calculated and recorded on the report test ) . d- Short Circuit Dynamic stability Test (test report from independent and accredited laboratory for similar transformer will be accepted).
