 Product Description1 The motor rotor is designed with segmentation magnets, which reduce eddy currents in the magnets and generate less heat .2 The motor is designed for surfboard with water cooling and air cooling features, which allow rapid heat sinking from the motor. The case is made of light, high strength 7075 alloy with blaster and black anodizing to prevent it from oxidation and corrosion.3 The motor rotor is made with high magnets strength, the stator is made with very thin and high quality lamination, so the motor has very high efficiency and power/torque output .4 The stator and rotor are coated with anticorrosive paint. Quanly Outer rotor brushless motors use segmentation design with an external rotor that provides smooth, stable rotation. These motors are capable of achieving higher torque than its counterpart inner rotor designs.
