Aluminum Covered Line Wire ABC Cable Used in Power Distribution, Secondary Runs, or as Service Drop Wire

Aluminum Covered Line Wire ABC cable Used in power distribution, secondary runs, or as service drop wireProduct DescriptionAerial Bundle Cable (ABC cable) is a very innovative concept for overhead power distribution as compared to the conventional bare conductor overhead distribution system. LV Aerial Bundle Cables are designed to supply 600/1000 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites, as a service drop (power pole to service entrance), as a secondary cable (pole to pole) or street lighting. It provides higher level of safety and reliability, lower power losses and ultimate system economy by reducing installation, maintenance and operative cost. This over-head cable provides reinforced insulation acc. IEC 61140 and fulfill therefore Class II acc. IEC 61140. It is not flame retardant. But this could be if requested change to a flame retardant cable.Detailed Photos  Product Parameters ABC CABLE DATA SHEETExecutive Standard:ASTM       Bare neutral MessengerPhase conductor      Code WordAWG or kcmilAAACRated StrengthAACinsulation thickness (m m )Weight (kg/km )       s trading and w ires dia(mm )(lbs )strading and wires dia(mm )      Bay3*6AWG+ 1*30.587/ 1.6811101/4.111.14207     French Coach3*6AWG+ 1*30.587/ 1.6811107/ 1.561.142 13     German Coach3*4AWG+ 1*48.697/2. 1217601/5.1 91.14309     Arabian3*4AWG+ 1*48.697/2. 1217607/ 1.961.14316     Belgian3*2AWG+ 1*77.477/2.6728007/2.471.14476     Shet land3*1/0AWG+ 1*123.37/3.37446019/ 1.891.52768     Thoroughbred3*2/0AWG+ 1*155.47/3.78539019/2.131.52945     Trotter3*2/0AWG+ 1*195.77/4.25679019/2.391.521166     Walking3*4/0AWG+ 1*246.97/4.77856019/2.681.521442                 Executive Standard:NFC                 Nom inal  Average diameter of Average                  insulation thickness     cross-section aeraWire number in ConductorMax resistance at 20conductorRated Strength    Descriptionmm 2No.Ohm /k mMin(m m )Max(m m )KNm m    PHASE, NEUTRAL,and PUBLIC HIGHTING1671.914.65.11.91.2    2571.25.86.3 1.4    3570.8686.87.3 1.6    5070.6417.98.4 1.6    70120.4439.710.2 1.8    95190.321112 1.8    120190.2531213.1 1.8    150190.20613.915 1.7    PORTER54.670.639.29.6 1.6    7070.51010.2 1.5    95190.34312.212.927.51.6                Executive Standard:IEC1    PhasePhasePhase Max.
