ApplicationThe lv power cable is used as power distribution and transmission line at rated voltage 0.6/1kV which can be fixed. 2. Service characters2.1 The long-time working temperature of lv power cable should not be higher than 70 centigrade. 2.2 When core is in short-circuit (max 5s) the temperature should not exceed 160 centigrade. 2.3 While installation the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 centigrade, and the bending radius should not be less than 10 times of outer of lv power cable. 4. The laying condition of lv power cable4.1 The installation temperature should not over 20 centigrade, if the ambient temperature is lower than 0 centigrade, the cable should be preheated. 4.2 The bending radius of lv power cable should not less than 8 times. 4.3 After installation, the lv power cable should withstand voltage test for 15min. 3.5kV. C. 4.4 As the single core cable laying inparallel, the distance between the lv power cable: Center is 2 times (for cables, which cross sectional area of conductor ≤ 185mm2) and 90 mm, (for cables, which cross sectional area of conductor 240mm2)4.5 Ambient temperature: 30 centigrade. 4.6 Max. Temperature of conductor: 70 centigrade. 4.7 When the single core cables are installed separately, the distance between the lv power cable: Center is 2 times of the cable diameter. 4.8Ambient temperature: 25 centigrade. 4.9 Max.
