High Quality Grain-specific Buried Scraper Conveyor With Carbon Steel Buried scraper conveyor is used for transportation of dusty , small granular and small block materials in chemical , metallurgical , mechanical , light industry , grain , transportation and other departments.Models are:general-type,hot-type,soda-only type (common,high-efficiency),grain-specific,cement-specific,power plant-specific,etc.,with a groove width of 120-1000mm.Transportation principle and characteristicsThe buired scraper covneyor is a continuous conveying device that transports bulk materials such as dust ,small particles and blocks,and can be transported horizontally ,inclined and vertically.The bulk material has characterisitics such as internal friction and side pressure.When conveying horizontally,the material is subjected to the thrust of the  scraper chain in the moving direction ,When the internal friction between the material layers is greater than the external friction between the material and the groove wall, the material moves forward with the scraper chain.The flow is stable when the ratio of the height of the layer to the width of the machine meets certain conditions.When transporting vertically,it mainly depends  on the arcing characteristics of the material.When the material in the closed machine slot is subjected to the thrust if the scraper chain in the moving direction,and the resistance of the lower part is continously fed to prevent the upper material from sliding down,a lateral side pressure is generated ,thereby increasing the internal friction of the material,when the material is between when the internal friction is greater than the external friction between the material and the wall of the tank and the weight of the material,the material is transported upward with the scraper chain to form a continuous stream.Due to the vibration of the scraper during the conveying process ,affecting the conveying capacity.                                   Table 1                                  Unit :mmconveying modeFragile GranularityNon-fragile MaterialSuitable GranularityMaxinum Granularity(
