FZM coal chemical pump is mainly made up of pump body, impeller, pump cover, seal component, axis,bearing box according to working conditions. It has 3 structures according to medium condition and performance parameter.2.Structure 1:mainly used for lift≤ 50m slag pump, low-pressure ash water pump, settling tank feed pump, mill coal water pump and pump of solid content < 5%. Structure 2: mainly used for lift > 50m slag pump, low-pressure ash water pump, settling tank feed pump, mill coal water pump and pump of solid content < 10%. Structure 3: mainly used in settling tank underflow pump of solid content < 30%, filter feed pump etc.3.Pump Iransflux part is made of wear resisting and anti-corrosive alloy(Ni-Hard).4.Rotator component is made up of axle, axle sleeve and impeller.5. Bearing is assembled in bearing box. It supports rotator and bears axial force and radial force. This system applies cylindrical roller bearing and angular contaci ball bearing combination. Use Iubricants for lubrication.6. The pump is driven by motor through flexible extended diaphragm coupling. Impeller rotating direction is counter-clockwise from pump inlet. Pump inlet is horizontal direction and outlet is vertical direction.7. This series of pump applies mechanical seal. Flush program applies API682:PLAN11 or PLAN32 according to working conditions.8.This series of pump must have performance and operation tesis before leaving the factory.
