configuration forms the automatic batching pattern, The operating
procedure is as follows: The whole process of batch production
need 4 workers to monitoring1,Enter the quartz slab formula into
the computer.2,Hang the fixed tons of sand and powder in the
designated sand powder feeding rack by forklift. 3,Use the
computer fills out the slab model that will be produced. 4,The
material car automatically weighing and feeding the material
controlled by computer. 5,The material car will be sent to the
material spreading machine and get the hopper automatically
.6,After the mixed the materials, the lifting hopper will
automatically lift the sand powder into the blender. 7,Resin
supply system is used to feed the resin into the curing agent
mixer. 8,The curing agent pump mix curing agent with the
resin. 9,After the curing agent mixed well, The curing agent
mixer will add the resin of the curing agent to mix the sand powder
in the stirring state. 10,After mixing the mixed resin and
sand powder, the mixer will open the stirring door automatically,
then the mixture will be transported to the material bin through
the crushing process.11,The material distributor machine will mix
the material into the mould uniformly.12,After the material
distribution, enter the production line mode.13,Each material mold
is first entered into 3 laminated plate mode. 14,After the
three sheets are folded, the mold folding machine will
automatically put the plate into Board Moving
machine. 15,Board Moving machine push the plate into the press
machine, press machine to start the shake and pressing the
plates. 16,The plate automatically enters the dividing plate
machine after shake and pressing, and the plate will be separated
by sheet. 17,The separate sheet is checked and automatically
enters the heat furnace of the steel plate. 18,After curing,
the plate has the system to guide automatically out of the the heat
furnace and the plates been take out from the mold. 19,The
plate and mould after been seperated are respectively in the
cooling line, while the cooling side walks.20,The cooling board is
automatically recognized by the mechanical hand after the
designated position, and then automatically placed in the lower
stack. 21,After cooling the mold, after the automatic roller
cleaning, enter the next automatic fabric mode.The polishing
production line is operated by 5 people1,The blank sheet enters a
heavy polishing mode .2,The mechanical hand puts the plate in the
heavy polishing wire rack, and the plate enters the backplate fixed
thickness polishing machine.3,After the back side of the plate been
polished and pull out, the plate will be turned into the front
plate thickness polishing machine. 4,After the front side of
the plate's thickness been controled , then get into the front
polishing machine. 5,After front side polished enters the four
side disposable cutting saw. 6, Enter to clean air
dryer.7,Then after quality check , automatically enters the
film.Offline crib put.
