productivity. Sand making plants include quartz sand
production line, building sand production line and stone material
production line, all of which could produce aggregates and crushed
sand from limestone, granite, basalt and river stone. Especially we
have a lot of experience for sand plant and sand washing plant with
river stone. All these products are widely used in the construction
of hydraulic power plant, building material, highway, and urban
infrastructure. Sand making production line consists of vibrating
feeder, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Impact Crusher (sand-maker),
vibrating screen, sand washer (sand classifier), belt conveyor,
water treatment system and centralized electronic control system.
Stone Crushing Plant Working principleSand making plants are
operating as followings. Firstly, the materials go to primary
crusher (Jaw crusher) for primary crushing. Then the materials are
transferred by the belt conveyor to secondary crusher (Cone
crusher) for further crushing. Then the vibrating screen will grade
the materials, where stones that meet the granularity standard will
be sent to crusher (sand-maker), while the rest will be returned
for another round of crushing. Part of the stones processed by
crusher (sand maker) will be made into sand and become sand
products after being washed. The rest will be further crushed by
the sand maker into qualified sand materials of various types.

introductionCrushing systemIn the whole production line, the
crushing system is divided into three parts: primary crushing,
medium & fine crushing and sand-making crushing. Primary crushing:
140mm < material fineness≤800mm Medium & fine crushing: 30mm
sand-making crushing: 5~30mm Screening systemAfter the crushing of
each part, the material will enter the corresponding material
fineness screening system, and is distributed to the corresponding
crushing system according to the fineness. Washing systemThe
material of 0-5mm separated by the screening systems is firstly
cleaned by their respective sand washing systems, then dewatered by
the dewatering screen, and finally stored in the finished product
shed. Wastewater utilization systemAfter the sludge-containing
wastewater is dewatered by the cyclone and the dewatering screen,
the slurry flows into the lifting tank and is transported by the
lift pump to the horizontal sedimentation tank. The bottom flow is
sent to the sludge tank through the plunger pump, and the upper
clear liquid flows into the clear water tank for production use.
The slurry in sludge tank is sent to the filter press by the filter
press feed pump. After the pressure filtration, the mud cake is
transported by the belt conveyor to the yard of the plant, and the
filtered water is discharged into the clear water tank for
recycling. Storage systemFully enclosed finished product shed
without dust leakage can meet the storage requirements of natural
sandstone, machine-made sand and finished aggregate.
