Product DescriptionThis model is a kind of air-jet loom specially designed for weaving glass fiber. According to the particularity of the fabric, the frame design of this model is reasonable, and it is more suitable for the operator to operate. The warp let-off device can be either electronic let-off or mechanical let-off. The take-up device adopts mechanical type. Crank type four-link beating-up is used and the electronic weft feeder can adopt single spray or double spray. What is more, the innovative air-inflated square-head large cloth roller seat is more convenient for cloth doffing operation.The maximum coiling diameter can be 600mm (1000 meters). A large coiling mechanism outside the machine can be used also, and the coiling diameter can reach 1000mm (about 2000 meters). The weft insertion system of this model adopts main and auxiliary nozzles and special-shaped reeds. The main and auxiliary nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves, and the lower head scissors are chopping scissors, equipped with a powerful dust-absorbing device.This machine can weave varnished cloth, laminated cloth, copper clad cloth, etc. The weight of the fabric is 50g/m2-300g/m2.
