After locking the plunger pump lock nut, the speed regulating valve is adjusted to make the delivery speed reach the required value.After the delivery cylinder is fed into the plate, the electromagnet gets electricity, and the cylinder presses down on the plate. At this time, the reducing valve is adjusted to make the pressure gradually increase, and the delivery roller stops when it is increased to no skid. When the speed of the delivery roll decreases, the throttle should be adjusted, after the delivery machine feed into the molding machine plate, depending on the situation to adjust the pressure reducing valve pressure and the main system pressure, so that the force is enough, while the pressure loss is small, the reverse speed of the delivery machine adjustment, after the completion of the adjustment, screw the small throttle valve, let the motor reverse, gradually screw the throttle valve, so that the reversal speed to meet the required requirements. After the delivery machine is adjusted to work normally, the lock nut of the control valve should be tightened. At the same time, observe the pressure used in the delivery press-down cylinder (pressure reducing valve), check whether the accumulator pressure P storage is consistent with the pressure P cylinder, P storage =0.65-0.9P cylinder. If not, the accumulator should be charged (discharged) after the delivery machine press-down cylinder is unloaded. Note that the accumulator can only be filled with nitrogen and inert gas! When the conveyor delivers the weld at the interface of the two rolls of plates, it should manually adjust the pressure of the main system at any time, and restore the pressure of the system after the weld has passed. When the oil temperature in the tank exceeds 55ºC, the cooling water of the cooler should be connected. Five, maintenance and maintenance: The hydraulic oil of the system is generally changed about two years according to the oil situation, and the oil suction filter is changed at the same time.
