2.design feature2.1. Integral bedThe lathe bed is integrally cast at 45
and cast with high-quality cast iron.
The reasonable
rib structure makes the stress distribution of the lathe bed uniform.
The whole machine adopts a
unique oil-water separation design to avoid the pollution of cutting fluid and prolong its servicelife.
Z-axis guide rail adopts 45-gauge precision linear roller guide rail,
which has high feed
accuracy, small friction resistance,
good rigidity and high vibration and deformation resistance, so that users can obtain higher machining accuracy and production efficiency.2.2. Turning spindleThe turning spindle adopts a large-span box spindle,
and the joint surface between the
spindle box and the lathe bed adopts a matching scraping and grinding process to ensure contact
rigidity.
The spindle bearings are imported precision spindle bearings,
lubricated withprecision requirements of the spindle.
The motor directly drives the spindle to rotate through the
synchronous belt,
and the hydraulic clamp realizes the spindle braking to ensure the indexing
accuracy of the spindle C axis.2.3. upright postAs the main load-bearing structural part of the machine tool,
the column adopts a unique honeycomb rib type as a whole,
which has stronger load-bearing capacity. When the Y-axis
moves, the servo motor drives the lead screw, which is completely
perpendicular to the X-axis.
The feeding movement of the Y-axis can be realized
without interpolation,
and the accuracy is better than that of the interpolationY-axis.
In addition,
the Y axis is equipped with a separate locking mechanism, which further improves the rigidity of the machine tool when cutting.
2.4. B axisThe function of axis B is to realize the rotation around the Y axis by the motor installed on
the Y axis slide plate,
which can stop directionally and interpolate with other axes to realize the
functions of drilling oblique holes,
milling inclined planes or milling complex curved surfaces. The three-toothed disc structure can ensure good accuracy and rigidity in B-axis machining.The B-axis system has the characteristics of fast indexing speed,
high precision of repeated
positioning and large allowable torque,
which greatly strengthens the milling ability of this
machine tool.
The function of axis B is to drive the tool spindle to swing within the range
of- 105 ~+ 120.
Axis B has the following two working states:( 1)
