mainly composed of a molding main machine, a sanding machine, a
translational core loading machine, a synchronous clamping
conveyor, a belt cooler, an electric control system, a hydraulic
system and a pneumatic control system.The molding main
machine adopts sand shooting and hydraulic compaction to
realize sand molding, and at the same time completes mold lifting,
mold closing and pushing.The sanding machine regularly and
quantitatively adds sand to the main machine.The optional
translational core loading machine can quickly and accurately load
the cores synchronously on line. An air lock is provided for
automatic template replacement.The synchronous clamping /
supporting conveyor (12m or 18m in length) completes the pouring,
mold conveying and cooling synchronously with the main
machine.According to the casting cooling time, the synchronous belt
cooler extends the casting cooling time after the synchronous
