The physical and chemical index of raw material for each batch is inspected strictly by quality inspection department, the qualified raw material can be flowed to next process.Each electrode has its own ID card for the entire production process. The inspection for each process will be inspected by each division, re-inspected by next process division and supervised by Quality Assurance Department.The process parameters will be strictly in accordance with Production Regulation and controlled by PLC, and meanwhile, PLC will feedback the process parameters to technical and quality inspection department for supervising, to assure the quality. The final inspection will be applied for each electrode before delivery.
